Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

You may submit an order cancellation request free of charge before your order is packed and dispatched. Please send your cancellation request via official email with your order number clearly marked.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once goods have been shipped out, orders cannot be cancelled directly. If you still wish to cancel, you will need to follow our Refund & Returns Policy and bear all generated shipping fees, customs charges and return logistics costs.

3. Customized Orders

Orders with custom printing, custom packaging or personalized modifications cannot be cancelled once production starts. Please confirm all details carefully before completing payment.

4. Partial Cancellation

Partial order cancellation is allowed only when goods have not entered production. If part of the items are already processed, we cannot cancel the produced portion.

5. Refund For Cancelled Orders

For valid cancellations before shipment, we will arrange the full refund within 7 working days after confirming cancellation. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. Transaction fees incurred by payment channels may not be refundable.

6. How To Submit Cancellation Request

Contact us via email: ELISAADA0725@outlook.com, and provide your order ID, full name and reason for cancellation. We will reply within 3 working days to confirm the result.
