1. Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 3–7 working days after payment confirmed. Bulk orders require longer lead time, please confirm with our sales team in advance.

2. Shipping Method

We offer multiple international shipping options including air freight, sea freight and express courier. Final freight cost depends on weight, volume and destination country.

3. Delivery Time

Express: 5–12 working days. Air shipping: 12–25 days. Sea shipping: 30–60 days, subject to customs clearance and local logistics.

4. Customs & Duties

Import tax, customs duties and clearance fees are borne by the buyer. We cannot control customs inspection duration or related charges.
