3. You can also track directly on the official website of corresponding logistics carrier with tracking number.

Tracking information may not update immediately after shipment. Usually it takes 24–48 hours for logistics system to synchronize data.

If tracking status stops updating for a long time, please contact our customer service via email for assistance.
