Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 14 days after receipt only if items arrive damaged, defective or wrong items shipped. All returned goods must be unused, with original packaging intact.

2. Return Process

Contact our support email first, provide clear photos/videos to prove defects. We will review your request within 3 working days before approving return arrangement.

3. Shipping Cost For Returns

If defects are caused by our production error, we cover return shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for return freight if you return goods due to personal preference, size mismatch or wrong order.

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect returned goods, refund will be processed within 7 working days to original payment channel. Bank transfer refund may take extra processing time.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Custom printed personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless manufacturing defects exist.
